• Valid for travel on Economy Class for Roundtrip Singapore–Bintan–Singapore on specified period.

• Prices shown on bookings are in SGD excluding applicable levies and fees.
• NTUC Member must be part of the travelling party and NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card by Trust must be presented at check-in counter in exchange for boarding pass, otherwise new ticket will be charged at walk-in rate.
• Option to upgrade to Emerald Class at check-in counter at $27 per person per way is available only on date of travel, subject to availability.
• Once bookings are confirmed, ferry tickets are non-refundable.
• Amendment permitted online at S$10 per change. Amendments at BRF counter are not allowed and passengers need to purchase new ticket.
• Changes are not allowed for partially used tickets.
