From 1 July 2022, NTUC Union Members can enjoy a fee waiver on membership and administrative charges when they file a case to resolve their disputes. The services include handling and negotiation of contractual disputes on their behalf.

NTUC Union Members who wish to enjoy the fee waiver will need to produce their valid NTUC Union Card in physical or digital form for verification purposes.

NTUC Union Members can seek assistance from CASE by booking an appointment at 6277 5100 to meet an officer at CASE’s office or submit the complaint at ntuc.co/filecase
