As THE leading organisation to create solutions for better employment and employability, e2i exists to create better jobs and better lives for workers, including Professionals, Managers & Executives (PMEs) through providing better jobs, developing better skills through professional development, and improving productivity for companies.

In 2011, e2i partnered more than 300 employers in 160 job fairs to place job seekers in better paying jobs across 30 sectors. In total, there were more than 18,000 vacancies available at the job fairs, attracting over 26,000 job seekers. e2i introduced new and more career options with sectors such as IT, Creative industry and local Manufacturing. The top three hiring sectors were Services (Tourism, Retail, and F&B), Transport and Manufacturing.
